Fanta Fruit Fight

Fanta Fruit Fight is an iOS/Android game where the main characters of Fanta go in a fruit fight with each other. It can be played against a NPC or another friend through Facebook. Achievements can be unlocked as the game progresses and multiple leaderboards reflect where the players are within their friend group and globally.

The project was already in development and my responsibility was to ensure the constant flood of stakeholder feedback to be either implemented or postponed for a later sprint. I held daily calls with clients, creative team and vendor to prioritize all items. Separately I also ensure to keep a constant negotiation going with all parties.
